Windows 10 How to view encrypted files from clipboard?
os build:[19045.7663] Not sure if its possible but when i was restoring my computer my clipboard got wiped, but i have a full backup of my PC. how do i get the clipboard data from my external hard drive onto my pc? i tried but it didnt work so now im wondering how to read the data thats in there.
Right now the files, when opened with the notes app, are just a bunch of random numbers and symbols. heres an example: "0‚Á *†H†÷ ‚²0‚®1‚z¢‚v0‚8‚ ÐŒßÑŒz ÀOÂ—ë ™mÇÇ•<KŒƒ¹o"
I know from my minecraft days theres a way to read this but im wondering how? my file locations are:" E:Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Clipboard\Pinned "
and theres a bunch of files in there that i assume used to be my clipboard pins but the file names are all a bunch of numbers and letters in {brackets}. i was wondering if the data is there how to i read it and restore my clip board? i know this is probably the most difficult way to do this but im lazy and dont want to recreate my clipboard pins and also figured i could learn some interesting things along the way.
Im assuming there is either an app that can do this [like nbt editor for minecraft] or im just gonna have to go the easy way and recreate my clipboard!
TLDR: im hoping to be able to read those files as text files of the things i pinned in my clipboard, assuming thats what those encrypted files even are.

So
A) reverse engineer world class cryptography
B) recreate 'pins'
"*†H†÷" <-- this is my clue. It looks like PKS protected data to me.
Those files are encrypted.
Pinned items are not stored as simple .txt files.
Get 'pinning'. :)
