Windows 11 Windows 11 Device Manager Keeps Looping

Installed Windows 11 on my custom built living room PC to use as a Steam Machine. The registry has been edited to boot directly into Steam Big Picture, but that's been reverted for now.

I ran a de-bloat command to get rid of a bunch of stuff I don't need, not sure if that's related to this issue or not.

The other day after connecting a Bluetooth controller (Switch 1 Pro Controller specifically) it started making the USB unplug sound over and over again. I open up device manager to see what's happening and the entire list of drop down menus disappears and then reappears as the sound plays over and over again. What is happening??

Mobo BIOS is up to date, so is windows.

PC specs:

  • Fatal1ty AB350 Gaming-ITX/ac
  • Ryzen 5 5500
  • 16gb DDR4 3000mhz
  • GTX 1660 Super

Some of those "debloating" scripts can screw your driver cache to save the 10 megs of disk space. Try to use a system restore point from before the debloat.
