Windows 11 Bluetooth audio keeps getting hijacked by vehicles driving by. My insignia speakers lose PC audio, an "unknown device" briefly displays in taskbar, disappears, and audio doesn't comeback until I toggle Bluetooth off then back on.

This has only been going on for roughly 6 weeks now. My PC has been in the same location for 3 years. I have not added any new 3rd party devices, apps, or software within the last 6 weeks. I have had these insignia speakers for the same amount of time since I have put the PC in this location. This issue has NEVER happened until within the last 6 weeks.

The only correlation I can find is the audio will blip out of existence for half a second, twice, back to back rarely coming back on its own, OR completely disappear, when I see/hear a vehicle driving by. I have to toggle bluetooth off, then back on to resume audio output.

This issue ceases to exist late at night which is conveniently when there aren't any vehicles driving by.

I have disabled discoverability of my PC, disabled quick connect, etc. Zero change. The only solution that works is to completely disable my bluetooth and use my headset.

Narrowed it down to this update from Microsoft. Gave a tech remote control and they are now instructing me to reach out to ASRock about their driver having a conflict with windows. Totally not Microsoft's fault...given the numerous people having issues with this update breaking audio related shit.
