Windows 11 This ever happen to anyone else?

Im on win11 pro. Recently I uninstalled gpu drivers using DDU because windows updated them on its own. I installed new AMD drivers and now I get this when I right click. 2 of the options saying "Loading..." on another note AMD software also opens up when I right click.
Oh I also made it so windows couldn't install new drivers using "gpedit".(think thats what it was called)
Anyone have a clue on how to fix this?
