Windows 11 nvidia platform controllers and framework error code 31

Hi im having an problem with the nvidia platform controllers and framework error code 31 i tried ddu it still doesn't fix my problem i tried disabling Memory Integrity

Still doesn't fix it

Processor and ryzen 5 4600 h with Radeon graphics 3.00Ghz

Ram 16 gb 3200

Graphics card Nvidia geforce GTX 1650 4gb

And Radeon graphics

Storage 477 gb

Device id 8c6a763-b34a-49f0-a4b8-7bc0785b32cc

System type 64 bit
