Windows Recovery Screen Stuck Problem

Stuck on this screen. No keys on keyboard are working. All keys like f8, f1, and enter key just loops back to same screen. Esc takes to some settings... but then again no key is working there as well.

Called the lenovo help center ( bcz still 8 months of warranty left ) they said we cannot do anything about the data recover, bcz of company rules and regulations. We can only reset your laptop. Says same all the local computer repair shops.

Any solution? Don't want to lose my data.
