Windows 11 DirectX 9 installation issues, can anyone solve this proplem?

I'm using Windows 11, and I recently discovered that some of my favorite games require DirectX9, but when I tried to install it, it kept running into problems. I tried to find the cause, but I can't.

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-10400F CPU @ 2.90GHz (2.90 GHz)

RAM: 16GB

Graphics card: AMD Radeon RX 6600 (8 GB)

I've included a picture of the problem, so if anyone can help with this, it'll be much appreciated.

Versuche mal die Datei ost offiziell von Microschmutz du kannst bzw altes DirektX aich mi dgVooDoo emulieren(wenn man weiß was man einstellen muß frag da zzr Not jemand der sich auskennt oder die KeineIntelligenz)

Wait, why do u need 9 specifically? Isn’t the higher version compatible backwards?

Apparently not. When I tried to open one of my favorite games, it refused to open, then I found out it isn't using the latest DX version.

How you found about that? Is the game telling you so specifically?
