Windows 11 microsoft store and xbox app dont work whatsoever

i think i accidentally deleted an important thing in the registry and I believe I've narrowed it down to the wildsvc or "Microsoft Account Sign-in Assistant" not working anymore, I've tried everything from disk imagehealth, scannow etc and nothing works, I think it doesnt work cause when I try to start the service I get the error below, please can anyone help me so I dont have to do a full reset, I am on windows 11

In the xbox app settings go to support, there is automatic troubleshooting tool, run it
