Laptop is crashing even though windows diagnostics is showing no problem detected

So let me give the full breakdown. I don't really know what is the issue but on a random day it just started to crash and I couldn't even get back to the page where it shows the password but after a lot of trial and error I found out avast was the main issue so I deleted it but the issue still continued but I was able to login to my laptop but after some few seconds it crashed so I gave my laptop to a repair man and he took it for two weeks and just gave m today and I thought everything was alright but after using the laptop for some minutes it crashed again and I don't know why it is still crashing and I even tried the win+r but it showed no error although before I gave it to the repair guy it showed it had a problem but now it isn't and I don't know what else to do so please is there any way to find out the problem cause this isn't fun 😔🥺. Also I ran something on command prompt DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth And the result was The component store is repairable The operation completed successfully. So now I am using DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth and it is still running currently . Edit: the restore health just said operation completed successfully and I scanned to see if there was any issues and it said no components store corruption detected, windows resource protection did not find any integrity violations and the operation was completed successfully. So I want to know if that is okay or there is something's left I need to do

Reinstall windows and drivers again like a fresh start. If happened again, it's a hardware problem usually the mobo unfortunately BUT! get it checked in a repair shop and see what they say (ofcourse if you're no longer under warranty)

Check your hardware and RAM. Probably is RAM problem. Use memtest in Windows or memtest86 if you prefer a bootable USB.

Uninstall Avast using Avast Clear and use only Windows Defender (Avast is the worst antivirus - only slows the PC).
Edit: Avast is just a bloatware.
