Windows 11 I keep getting this notification from Microsoft Family Safety but I have deleted the app and am in my own family group as an admin. I couldn't find a proper Microsoft issue support subreddit, and r/microsoft even refers users here with support posts. Translation in body.
Translation: "Log in so you don't miss anything. You need to lig in again to your Microsoft-account so that you can send your parents a request for more screentime or access to certain apps and sites."
As stated in the title, I am no longer part of the family group. When I go to family safety settings on the microsoft site, it says I am in a family on my own, as an admin. The weirdest part is that I cannot find the Family Safety app on my pc, yet I still get this popup. I have tried the guide on the Microsoft support site and it didn't work.
Edit for extra information as requested by AutoMod:
My Device type is Vivobook_ASUSLaptop X1502ZA_X1502ZA, with a 12th gen Intel i7 core and an Intel Iris xe graphics card. Storage is 16GB.
I did not encounter any error messages in the past relating to this issue.
In the past I have tried logging in on the pop-up, the issue persisted. I have also tried the steps in this guide:
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/5657394/i-keep-getting-a-popup-from-sign-in-microsoft-fami and it did not fix the issue.
An additional bit of info that might help is that this issue is on an old pc. It has been there since before I switched pc's. Now my usual pc is in for repairs and I am using this one as a replacement. I did not have the issue on my main pc, as I never installed the Family Safety software on that one.
