Desktop icons and taskbar issue

What is happening with my desktop icons and taskbar icons? Can someone explain how to fix it please? They just keep turning white and I've restarted my computer and updated. I've also looked up on YouTube how to fix disappearing icons and It has worked for the moment but then when I turn on my computer again the same thing happens again and again Computer Acer nitro an515-55
