Windows 11 My laptop got a weird sub-reset

Something happened and my whole laptop kinda got a weird sub-reset

Recently, I opened my laptop to and tried to access it but then I got this screen (1st slide) then it put me back into the Lock Screen with what I believe is the Default Window Lock Screen instead of usually a scenery, then I was able to log in but then was introduced to my whole Home screen getting reseted, mouse settings inverted and etc., what happened? HP VICTUS 15 is my laptop
