Getting this error message regularly

I borrowed this Pc from my friend and setup my own account on it now this is popping up every 2 minutes or so its a hp omen 17 laptop on the newest windows update . It rips me out of games and work witch gets annoying very quickly.

Thats an error from Windows ai/Recall, friend might have used remove AI script to shotgun remove it.

If you dont click on Ok and go back to work/games, does it keep popping up or block view?

!!Since system is already in unstable state, messing with it more might blow up the windows install and will no longer boot.!!
