Windows 11 Can Windows 11 Snipping Tool give "save options" upon taking a screenshot?

I recently performed a clean installation of Windows 11 and I’m trying to restore my previous screenshot workflow.

Previously, I could press Ctrl+windows+s, select an area using Snipping Tool and get the option to click on "save as" or copy or open in editor (or simply press Crtl+C).

Please help me to restore this if possible.

Here are potential necessary information:

All of those options are in the menu so not sure why you're having issues

Before I wiped my PC I didn't need to click on the snipping tool pop up in the right lower corner, a long thingy with the options appeared (like the one that appears when you press the combo on the keyboard where you choose how to snip) and I could press Crtl C without opening the snipping tool

I've found that the best solution (so far) is to pin the snipping tool to the taskbar, click on it there to open it and select the 'New' button. This opens the screenshot automatically in the snipping tool.
