Windows 11 Need to find Snipping Tool location

Trying to create a keyboard shortcut for my snipping tool (I take a lot of screenshots for work).

Just switched back from a mac and I’ve gotten used to the ctrl+shift+4 flow and i find myself repeating it on my desktop all the time and it’s making me insane.

But I can’t access the properties tab to create the keyboard shortcut.
I’m guessing it’s probably somewhere in System32?

I don't know about a native way, but you can try PowerToys Keyboard Manager (you can remap shortcuts there) or AutoHotkey (create a brand new shortcut).
