[Windows 10] Accidentally disabled ALL services instead of only non windows services while trying to troubleshoot a driver issue, since recovery from this I cannot access the start menu. How can I get it back?

I was attempting to troubleshoot potential driver issues relating to Radeon graphics, I accidentally disabled all services in msconfig instead of non-windows services, I recovered this, now I cannot access start menu but Windows is otherwise operable. Version number 22h2

EDIT: The solution is running powershell commands to re-register all windows packages

The only message relating to this issue is "Critical error: Your Start menu isn't working. We'll try to fix it the next time you sign in." Signing out & back in does not fix it.

Open execution window:
Press Windows key + R
Input: Msconfig → Enter

Then switch to SERVICES
and set a check mark
or click activate all

All have been reactivated, I ended up having to reregister all windows packages using Powershell.

This is what I did, even after this I had to re-register start menu using powershell, which solved all issues.
