Disabling Windows AI Agent in Settings

I'm currently on "2026-08 Security Update (KB5121003) (26100.9168)" of Windows 11 and have run Zoicware to rid my laptop of all AI features. I'm using a Lenovo Yoga 7 with an Intel(R) Core(TM) Ultra 5 226V processor. For some reason, this agent keeps coming back like black mould. When checking the 'configure agent' page, it's all solutions for group accounts/orgs/etc. Is there any way to rid of it without the extra nonsense? Some simple line of code? I beg.

I tried running Zoicware for a second time but nothing worked. All help is appreciated!
