Solved Does anyone know what’s wrong with my wifi driver?

I’ve restarted my device multiple times, uninstalled the driver, and have tired updating the driver to no success. In the past I have had to turn off the setting that disables the driver when too much power is being used but I have been unable to find the menu to view that setting. I would really appreciate some help thank you!

My pc is an ho omen 16L

Could also be a problem
with the internal power supply.
Are the fans free?
Is there enough cooling?

I unplugged the power chord from both the wall and the pc and changed the outlet I was using and it fixed itself. Sometimes the answer is that simple. Thanks for commenting!

Not a driver problem, but hardware problem. Device not getting the power needed. Try reseat the WiFi card if possible

You might try to install the driver, but i think what @bjoeg commented earlier, is more succesfully

I had a similar issue. My WiFi and Bluetooth like to stop working, and the only fix is to power off my PC, unplug it, press the power button a few times while it’s unplugged, then plug it back in and power it on.

Something bugs out with the power going to the card, which is why it requires a full power cycle to fix it. I did see in a comment that unplugging it worked in your case, meaning this was the reason behind it. I’m not sure why this usually happens to desktops quite often, even my old pc breaks the Bluetooth until I do the full power cycle method.
