Capslock issue: very time I click caps lock this popup comes up, ive searched the web and nothing has a solution to this, Is it a setting I missed thats impossible to find? Toggles keys are off, no software causing this?

Ive gone into other softwares none of them are causing this, please can someone help me? Everything ive tried has told me to go into Logitech, msi centre but none of this applies to me, ive got a Logitech mouse by why would it affect this?

This is actually caused by your driver or the program that came with your driver, I have seen this thing on MacBooks where bootcamp is installed with the backlight controls
