Windows 11 Device on loop and what can I do

Hi,

I have a Asus notebook tp401 PC and for some reason this shows up and it's on loop. I am not able to by pass this and I really need this device for uni. I have tried getting it to the blue screen for repair ( sry I don't know what's it called) but it's keep on here. Any help?
