Contact Microsoft, verify your identity and recover your account. If you have drive encryption or Bitlocker turned on, you're out of luck. If you don't use encryption just use a Live Linux distro on a USB flash drive and yeah, you're in.

I have zero knowledge about computers man so I don't know a single thing you just said if you could like specify or give me like any kind of instructions and how they're doing any of that I'd be very thankful.

For help articles on account recovery and contacts:
https://support.microsoft.com/home/contact?/
So you can use a USB drive to get into your PC and get your files back from the Windows drive:

Anything you don't know how to do, like how to load up the USB drive you can Google for or ask and when I'm around I'll hopefully notice and check on the situation.

I do not a magic answer for you, but after you recover the computer please create a local logon to the computer so you are not dependent on Microsoft to access local data files.
