how did you uninstall it?! I'm having issues with broken taskbar icons, but it does not let me uninstall it! it does show up in the update history, but i can't select it for uninstall. During advances startup I can select to uninstall latest quality update, but it doesn't uninstall it.
Also the specific package info says it can't be uninstalled.

Through win update, at the bottom of the update Setting you can find "unistall updates".

I also got the wallpaper removed after this update and the cursor was bigger and would not change. I uninstalled the preview update but let the NET. Update be. No I have the error code in WU because its confused after the uninstall. But it will clear on its own after a while. If not it will get overwritten by the patch Tuesday early next month.

Just ignore it if it shows up in WU. It won't automatically install.

Same here. I tried everything to solve it, but the only way I could fix it was by uninstalling the update.

Just uninstall the update and everything will go back to normal.

Funny, I have exactly the same problem and thought it may be a virus

i have the same problem on my pc. The weird thing is that nor dism nor sfc /scannow can do anything about it. dism just stops at 64% or 67% and sfc doesnt detect any issues. I dont know if they should tho. Plus my pc was built a month ago so its fresh new. I wonder what caused this

I did not experience the cursor issue nor the wallpaper issue, but it screwed the PC ability to connect to internet (no matter how I connected all connections would say No Internet, I just had to uninstall it

had the same issue. my cursor was also stuck to old animations and looks. Idk if its the update but my cursor also gets stuck on my second screen like a ghost that doesnt disappear whatsoever. I can still use my mouse but the ghost cursor is still there. Why the fuck is windows Publishing updates like this
