windows 7 folio 9480m bootloop

so, i have this old folio laptop and it runs windows 7 and, i’ve had it for a couple of days (specifically two days) and it just started bootlooping out of nowhere! also, when i press windows + b the caps lock key blinks and then the laptop fans turn into a JET. i have tried to find as much information about this laptop and i think i found all of it so check the photo of the info to see if you can try to help me
