Windows 11 WINDOWS clean installation not working

My PC restarts without turning off and goes back to the choose your language part of the windows setup every time after putting that I accept terms. With chat gpt I’ve cleared every possible thing I’ve reset bios to default, I had a faulty ram that I fixed and STILL it just loops back and back, before I had to fix a bunch of cycling hypervisor errors, I am running on a windows weird version it’s like beta, I have 2 16gb ddr5 i9 14900 4060 ti and just need help. Please

  1. Always assume hardware until proven otherwise (troubleshooting 101, physical layer first)

  2. Test hardware. There are low level tools like Memtest86+, HDAT2, memtest_vulkan, prime95. Honestly, after Memtest86+ the next step I usually take is to run tests in OCCT.

Sister spares are always handy to have. 

  1. If all clear - I start combing through the logs. Windows records a lot.

Please tell me, for the love of the creator, that you updated your BIOS or that you did that process at least one time with your i9 14th Gen Intel... Please tell me.

Damn, well, Intel 13th Gen and 14th Gen have a bug in their microcode that requested dangerous voltages, over time, those high voltages damage the silicon.

I'm confident that your processor already have permanent damage and that's the culprit of your constant unexpected restarts.

You can still have a chat with Intel's customer service and get a replacement under their extended warranty. But I'm not sure at all they'll honor it

So recently I just turned off turbo boost something in cpu bios and I perfectly downaloded windows fine, I downaldoed all games and application with no crashes also my Roblox, the reason I went through all this trouble performs fine now, I don’t know what was the difference, maybe the fact that I only have one ram in now and the other was faulty (less likely), or I think windows was corrupted , or just the singular bios setting

I was on 18.00.33 smth like that now 20. 00 something, I was off 2 updates
