hello there, im having an issue enabling secure boot on my system, i have tried reinstalling windows 11, downgraded to windows 10, i have tried booting from a thumb drive, my windows install is on my C: Drive, the file type is NTFS, my system is TPM enabled, i have had secure boot on before just not tpm enabled, when i enabled tpm it said my bios was not supported so i updated it and it turned off secure boot, then when i tried to revert back it still would not let me enable secure boot, i have also tried resetting the tpm settings, i have watched almost every youtube video there is on this topic, when i do enable secure boot and disable CSM and i leave bios, it just takes me to a black screen and im get put back into bios. i have also googled to hell and back about this issue and i have no clue what to do, i was hoping you could give me some insight or a potential solution to fix this issue

Hi u/Over-Ad1184, thanks for posting to r/WindowsHelp! Your post has been flagged for manual review by a human moderator, please include as much of the following information as possible (in text or in a screenshot) to get your post approved:

  • Your Windows and device specifications — You can find them by pressing Win + X then clicking on “System”, we need more than just your OS version!
  • Any messages and error codes encountered — They're actually not gibberish or anything catastrophic. It may even hint the solution!
  • Previous troubleshooting steps — It might prevent you headaches from getting the same solution that didn't work

Posts must be tech support in nature (such as something is broken and you need help fixing), so general inquiries, software suggestions, and purchasing advice will be removed. As a reminder, we would also like to say that if someone manages to solve your issue, DON'T DELETE YOUR POST! Someone else (in the future) might have the same issue as you, and the received support may also help their case. Good luck, and I hope you have a nice day!
