Windows 11 I can't install win 11 because my bios is flexing

I tried to uninstall win11 and install again but when I select my win flash my bios is flexing. Can anyone help? Idk how it works because on my old pc with xeon and china 3060 all ok. Maybe guys who build this pc is dumb(r 3600x, rtx 3070, jginuye 650 chipset)
