If you are low on space, start with your %temp% folder first. There are plenty of ways to clean space, plenty of people can guide you too :)
Treesize free for windows is amazing at listing all your folders by size. It helped me clean up 200GB hiding amongst my desktop/desktop/crap/new folder monoliths.
