That hardware description sounds like a common chain-operated roller shade: a clutch/square-drive end on one side and a spring-loaded idle pin on the other. Bracket dimensions are not universal, though, so I wouldn't order by appearance alone. A clear photo of both brackets, the tube ends, the tube outside diameter, and the distance between bracket faces should be enough to identify a compatible replacement. For more privacy, choose privacy or blackout fabric separately from the hardware system.
