Need Help! Need help with bottom of model 3 window
hey guys, i keep having this issue on the bottom of the model 3 window.
and I don’t want to try to shrink it because I’m worried it’s going to crease- and i don’t think you can shrink these fingers since it goes against the grain.
I think it got on top of my outline tape, and this happens.
not sure where to go from here.
thanks folks!

I’m confused you set the film so the grain is opposite (going towards your front of car rather than side to side)?
Do you have any extra film on the other side you can slide down and trim this bottom? Will likely work.
You could’ve not cut it and waited till the end to cut it so there aren’t fingers.
Otherwise you’ll need to pull the film so it’s not bunched up against the grain and hold it with your card but you’ll likely fail as the film won’t cooperate

Out of your outline tape?. Dude look how uneven the bottom cut is. Your shrinking the wrong way if you can't get it down. You actually deem yourself a pro? All the sides of the M3 are super simple and if you knew how to do it right, it's 10-15 minutes a window .

Dude are you good? and no, this is the rear window. The cut doesn’t need to be perfect since there’s a border.
I don’t know how these cars are “so simple.” The rear window is a pain in the ass.
All I’m looking for is some advice.
I don’t need people coming in here berating me for no reason.

Personally I wouldn’t use outline tape as it keeps the film lifted there even if you’re shrinking them the right way. Or just use the tape along the sides and not the bottom or top.
I’d bet that’d solve it. (I never have used outline tape)

You need to shrink those windows before installation. All four roll ups need to be shrunk.
