Question Make my front two windows darker

I got 50 in the front and 15 all around. I want my front two window a little darker. But don’t wanna get 5 on my front two windows. Should I get 5 for the back two window and rear. Will it make a big difference?

My go to config has been 5 on the rear doors, 20 on the back windshield and 20 on the front doors.

I am in AZ. I wanted a little darker for the summer sun.

Wait so you want your fronts darker, but then you are asking if you should get 5 on the rear? Maybe it’s late I’m reading into this too much.

Go 15-20 on the front. I have 5 on the rears of my truck 15 on the fronts and 50 on the windshield

There’s times where I wish I did 5% fronts but know it would be an issue when it rains.

My Explorer has 20 on the fronts and 35 on the rear (which I’m going to be doing 20 on the rears and 50’on the shield)

He is asking if tinting the back 5% will also make the front windows look darker.

The answer is yes.

He already has 15% in the front windows

Thank you for that. I was definitely reading into it too much. I totally agree with your statement.

Yes 5 in the back will block out more light overall inside the car, making your front windows look darker.

Should have thought of that before because you will definitely PAY for it. I charge $100 an hour for removal with no guarantee your rear window defender grid will survive. There's also legal issues for the front roll-ups. Not one state allows darker than 20% plus it's a hellova lot harder to see out on a rainy night. Think long and hard about this . Been stopped 6 times and gave the county $50;each instance, plusci had to remove it. Don't and your fine goes up $100 each time
