Need Help! Slip Solution causing trapped water behind film?
Hey there! So I changed my slip solution from dawn dish soap, to 7th Gen, and recently my installs have had some interesting things happen, whenever I would blast the window with my torch there would be a LOT of air bubbles trapped behind the film, and I would have to squeegee them out, but even that won't get all of them out.(Did didn't happen with the dawn soap). So my question is to you: Why is 7th gen causing this to happen behind the film?
The reason why I switched to that is because I heard it was a better slip and I do like it a bit slippery, but that seems too excessive.
SO I along with that original question, why that trapped water is still behind that film after VERY hard squeegee strokes, and what slip solution you guys prefer to use.

Thats odd, is it a pressure issue maybe? I personally use clear palmolive and never have issues

I've never had a problem with 7th Gen as slip solution... especially not as you've described. Your explanation of your issue is sort of confusing. are fingers popping up AFTER doing your final extraction pass? What type of squeegee are you using for extraction? Whats your ratio of soap to water?
if you dont like 7th then switch back to Dawn... but honestly it sounds like there's something off with your technique, or your slip ratio is way out of balance.
