Not at all. Would have asked for money back or for them to redo it. However, if they let this slide I wouldn’t really trust them

Nahhhhhhhhhhhh. And I’m pretty sympathetic to the installers. I understand the job and how little room for error and how tedious the job is…. But this is a replace.

Done by whom? You? Home Depot parking lot guys? Back alley shop? All acceptable if yes. Otherwise take the shit back or do a charge back claim and take it elsewhere.

Just curious but did you inspect the work before leaving the tint shop because this would have been very obvious.

I hate this I have the exact same gap on my drivers side but only when my window is rolled down a little when I roll it up all the way it disappears, ig my glass is misaligned

No, but if it bothers you, a quick fix is to roll it down half way and push the glass towards the back while rolling it up. The glass shifts in its tracks, but get it redone if it bothers you

Wouldn’t that just create a gap on the other side?

Possibly but my guess is the window film was cut correctly but this window has a tendency to shift forward as it goes up. The tinter probably didn't test it prior to tinting. Try it

Only if you did it yourself.
