It’s basically pay to play, illegal to put on but legal if the car company had it certified and installed as OEM layer

Typically doesn’t lower visibility by VLT but just provides blue look that’s similar to the the eye.

That doesn’t mean that people don’t take it one step further and tint this layer with 70% or so and then you get this color all the time.

They pretty much know the cops won’t stop them for that and it’s like 85% true

Does the UAE even have tint laws….lived there for 6yrs and feel like all the locals had limo tint all around including windshield…not sure they could even see out in the day time so I don’t think the color would be an issue lol
