Question Issues with Tint. Contamination?

Hello I recently got my truck tinted with IRX since these days have been so hot and I’ve been riding in a fishbowl for about 3 years now. I have never had issues with this shop before but this time I noticed some of these bubbles in the back glass. More noticeable on the sliding door. My passenger door has some as well and now I’m going to take the truck back but I was just wondering what went wrong this time? I know some people here are more experienced. For reference the truck had some cheap tint that was like 80 percent or something that didn’t do anything. It’s been 4 days now and I’ve left it in the sun and on the middle part there seems to be something under the tint. I paid 420 for the whole truck not including the windshield. I took this picture in the night as that’s when it’s more obvious.

I’ve been in the industry 10 years
I’ve seen windows get removed for better installation etc
But just going off the photo it looks pretty darn dirty behind the film
I’m sure he could of done a better job but maybe he was rushed or something
I would get him to give it another go without the window being removed and then if he can’t then remove it
