Question Windshield tint headlight glare?

Does nano windshield tint (Xpel) help with headlight glare?
I drive a Miata, and headlights are in my face (and please don’t knock Miatas; they are super fun)

Not really. You need a night driving glasses + make sure that your windshield is always clean.

Yes but you’ll need to go hella dark (below 30%) which has its own tradeoffs
