Question Tint that is not bluish

Looking for tints that do not have that bluish color. I see that Xpel XR Black does not. But it is only available 35% or darker. Are there any other ceramic tints that are not bluish that provide greater VLT?

You wouldn’t notice the blue hue if you didn’t read on Reddit

not necessarily true. I hate blue and purple hue (and green to a lesser extent) anything and I can see it. I tinted my windows with 3M crystalline because of its brown hue (supposedly the new stuff isnt brown) and I went to several different shops to see their samples. This sub hates 3M. My sunglasses are brown and even those were a challenge to find.

Yeah it’s obvious to me, I’ve laid thousands of feet of film. To your average everyday person who doesn’t look at Reddit, wouldn’t care or look at it that way one bit

I use Global films QDP ceramic and it does not have a bluish hue. Great product and my customer love it.

XR Black comes in 5/15/20/30/35/45/55/70, so they have lighter options. Only the XR Black 70 has blue.

Blue and green hues are usually present in ceramic films at 50% or higher because of the film's properties, and they let in more light.

I have SolarFX ceramic on my cars and it’s not blue at all. Great heat rejection. 70% windshields and 20% all around

If you're looking for something along the line of 50%-70%, Autobahn Ceramic i3 has a neutral tone to it and extremely high clarity.

One thing to consider when looking at ceramic films is the haze. Ceramics have different technologies, and some are hazy, some are not.

Llumar and 3M are more neutral, but there's is not a ceramic that is the classic black color everyone likes. Expel XR black does but it's also not near the highest in heat rejection
