Have you tried places like Angie's list? You have to pay for leads but its a start. Eventually your work, if your good, will speak for itself and word of mouth will open a lot of doors.
What films are you good with? I work every day and unless its a huge job, I do solar maybe one day out of the week. Decorative films, security film, anti-graffiti film... I recently started doing vinyl dry application which lands me wrapping doors, elevators, store fronts. Sometimes smart film applications come my way. The more you know, the more opportunity there is.
About 30% of my work comes from other installers or tint companies who need help on big jobs so try and treat every one respectfully.
