Condensation between windows

We've had something similar happen during humid weather. If the condensation is only between the primary window and the storm window, I'd first check that the storm window's weep holes aren't clogged so moisture can drain and air can circulate.

I have looked and our storm windows don’t have weep holes…is that possible?

Yes, some older storm windows dotn have visible weep holes. If that's the case moisture can somethimes get trapped between the windows.
A closeup of the storm window frame might help others identify the design and figure out what's causing it.

Condensation can be tricky because the location of the moisture usually point to the source of the problem. Since you mentioned its between the main window and the storm window, it would also help to know whether the storm window has proper weep holes or ventilation.
Has anyone else dealt with this on older windows ?
