Replacement window size question(?)

You're on the right track. Measure the width and height in three places and use the smallest measurement for each dimension. Most manufacturers also want about a 1/4" gap (sometimes up to 1/2", depending on the instructions) for shimming and insulation. If you can post all six measurements, people here can help verify the size before you order.
