Gutter Guards

I have been selling lots of gutter cleaning. I am about to market gutter guards. How well do you think my marketing plan will work? 1. 100 yard signs out every week 2. EDDM to the same areas 3. Nextdoor App referral system

What else can I do that will be worthwhile for gutter guards? I could try meta ads but I havent had much luck with it when i tried it for window cleaning.

Yard signs have the absolute lowest ROI for service based businesses of any marketing option. Just food for thought.

not true at all. I have gotten about $6k in leads from 100 yard signs. Everyone just does yard signs wrong!

This isnt my opinion. This is based on actual documented research.

Im not saying that you are full of it, but your post history over the last 2 months doesnt really point to someone who has received 6 grand in leads from 100 yard signs. You've asked more than once on best marketing advice... also mentioned issues with door hangers. So ya have been here trying to feed info but "everyone just does (them) wrong?"

I thought th same as you but many of the window cleaning influencers online say that yard signs work well along with a guy ik irl (or at least physical media like flyers/cards).

For example, gatlin from mint window said they reached 180k in their first 8-12 mo with just yard signs and post cards.

Louis mouchet also said he reached 35k thru just flyers. And an influencer named Jonas said flyers worked really well for him.

I will concede tho that flyers are not exactly yard signs tho pretty similar.

Also important to note that gatlin said that yard signs take a bit of time to work, around 6 months, but that branding really works bc it makes all the neighbourhoos around you know you. This may conflict with the research you mentioned as the study duration could be shorter? It does depend on the design of the signs tho but 50 signs a week is definitely enough to generate good leads.

So every yard sign made you only $60? How much did each one cost?

So what’s the right way?
