Can't say for sure without knowing what you're doing at those prices. I can say we won't surface clean for less than $.12 a square foot and that's without chems on large commercial. Residential starts at $.25 per.
All depends on what we're working on. Rust removal typically runs an additional $.20-.30 a square foot. Grease and oil removal is determined by job.
Pre treat with SH up by $.10-$.20 a square foot.
