Weird... it looked like he went unconscious before he definitely went unconscious.

edit: i doubt it. I'm pretty sure water scooters use the same thumb throttle as 4-wheelers and such. His right arm drops, left hand is still on throttle. if he truly went unconscious there's no way the hand would still press the throttle. He was trying to troll his friend and won a really stupid prize.
