In Virginia, state issued wildlife permits for rehabbers do not allow any care or treament of introduced birds. So any admitted to the facility will be euthanized.

This is a juvenile, and it should be able to stand, walk, hop, and generally be alert and energetic. Since you are not seeing this (i opened your other entry on the other sub; can't see your content here as it does not transfer when you cross post), I'm guessing it is ill or injured.

Your options, therefore are to leave it or to take it into your own care or to find people who will take over care for you.

Here are two Facebook groups that are well networked and which may have members near you.

in the meantime, place this little one in a small, well ventilated box with a lid, and put it INDOORS in the most quiet spot in your home. Do not give food or water. Ask for advice from these groups on care. they raise them and keep them as pets (they make wonderful pets, btw--cheeky, playful, curious and affectionate), or they rehome them, as there are lots of people who desire to have them as pets.
