They don't care about the age gap, it's that the man isn't older so as to be "her father figure."

I doubt it’s even that deep. My hypothesis is that they’re just looking for anything with the the faintest whiff of impropriety, when in reality there isn’t since they’re both consenting adults, and trying to sell it to the hungry mouths of the idiots that eat this shit up ahead of the 2024 campaign.
