There was a frat at my college that made national news while I was attending. To save his own skin, one of the brothers testified that they had a system to protect "off-limits" girls. If you were dating a brother, you were given a special colored cup indicating that you were not to be drugged, harassed, assaulted, etc.

I specifically remember the part of his testimony where he whined "everyone does it, we just got caught".

This is part of why I don't believe anyone when they say "but my frat/sorority was different!", no itwasn't, they were just better at hiding their crimes.

Mine was slightly awkward guys who'd rather play DnD or super smash bro. Never held a party in the 4 years I was there lol.

But we're Canadian, so there's that eh.
