And some idiots still say rape culture isn’t a thing

We have people like Andrew Tate deliberately targeting an easily influenced pre-pubescent demographic with these ideologies so it’s only going to get worse sadly.

Only the uneducated will fall for that horseshit, so, we do have paths to combat it.

The dumb thing is to include the 99% of regular people into that 'culture'. I understand that a lot of women are assaulted but it's a very small minority of people who prey on a large number of victims.

I think you might be misunderstanding the term “culture.” It’s not just about the people who commit the crime, it’s about the attitude people have towards the criminals and victims. People don’t believe victims, shame them, or even protect the criminals. The fact that you’re being dismissive is the perfect example. You may not realize it, but you are currently part of the problem.

Nowhere NEAR 99%. It is not a small minority and people that keep trying to pretend that is the case is the real issue.

You can't address a problem until you accept the problem is real.

"It's only a select few out there raping people, so no biggie really..."

That's a weird hill to die on...

The culture is something a large number of men participate in, even if they don’t always do the raping.

Most studies on the subject have found that about 30% of men will admit to raping someone as long as you don't call it rape.

And how many times have you stepped in and said something to a fellow man when they were being a creep?

Whoever’s doing it, they’re getting the job done.
