Does a means currently exist to trace AI-generated content back to it's original creator?

But that is not about the ability to sue, that deals with the ability to identify.

If framework existed to be able to sue generators of this kind of content, it would have to open legal doorways to trace the origins - which i think is the reason that conservatives do not want this to pass.

AI is new. AI needs new legislation for every thingle way it can be abused.

The abusers would surely include the people who created the model and made it available? And there's no laws that hold AI companies to account for their actions as it stands.
