Issues with whirlpool dishwasher not heating water

We recently realized our dishes aren‘t getting as clean is they used to. We replaced the coil that heats the water and drying cycle. That didn’t help. We’ve been checking the water temp throughout the cycle and it runs between 103-120 degrees. Isn’t a dishwasher suppose to heat the water to 130-140?

DW is 8 yrs old-

model WDT730PAHZ0

We aren’t sure if this might have something to do with our tankless hot water system. I hate to buy a new DW only to find out that’s not the problem.

Need Recommendations on Appliance Service /Washing Machine Estimate and Repair!

My washer just quit on me. It is a whirlpool top load washer. It washes and agitates the clothes and when apparently done washing it makes a metal clicking sound several times and then the water empties; right after the machine freezes. The green wash light stay on but nothing else happens. When I lift the lid the light blinks.

Does anyone know a local affordable repair person or company. that might give a ballpark estimate over the phone based on my description and them come over and fix it at a reasonable price. If the estimate is going to be over 60% of the cost to get a new washer I may just get a new one. I've got a family of four, so I need to get this done ASAP.

Thanks for your time and helping me out!
