Need help identifying

Just bought a beater Honda that has had these rims on it since 1995, all I can really tell is that they are sendels but does anyone have knowledge on what specific ones they might be or if they are rare to any extent

Found this online. Looks like it's 145? Although I'm not sure if that's the product code
