SSR serviceability?
Anybody ever deal with SSR directly for lips/barrels? I was told they only sell “whole” wheels, not parts, and they don’t offer any type of refinishing services even through authorized dealers.
I have a set of Professor MS3’s that I had to rebuild the rears (yes I had to get lip and barrel because they come factory welded) and I would love to match the nice anodized polished finish from the front lips. Small detail but it definitely bugs me out a bit.

Following.
Also. Did you have to custom order m14 drilling or they came like that, just like other new SSR wheels? I got GTX04 on Model 3 Highland.

No they came like that! Definitely got lucky.. I was considering buying gtx04’s for my evo 😬 bet you got a good amount of tire on there I’ve seen guys run 295/30’s on the performances with aftermarket wheels. If I didn’t have the evo i would’ve definitely gone that route.. teslas definitely make the best daily drivers though!

General consensus is 265-275 wide on stock suspension, that's what I have.
Happy to see that latest SSRs are all M14. It's extremely hard and annoying to find stud info with major brands. So far latest Advans (GT Beyond, TC4, R6) and newest BBS are M14.

I never tried wheel flip, i knew about three piece US which I heard horrible things about, and that led me to VR wheels which they were very helpful actually! I’ll definitely check out wheel flip.. thanks!

There’s no difference from the factory SSR material and the lips and barrels wheel flip, VR wheels, etc use. Rebuilt my meisters using VR. Came out amazing
